• Custom artworks and prints

• Art supplies and kits

• Services for workshops, parties, teambuilding and events

• Other paraphernalia as sourced

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service without notice

• All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT (if applicable)

• We accept payment via secure online methods provided through Wix and third-party gateways

• Full payment is required before goods or services are dispatched

• Delivery is available nationwide in South Africa

• Estimated delivery times are provided but not guaranteed

• Rusty Spoon Art is not liable for delays or damages caused by couriers or third-party providers

• Refunds or exchanges are available within 7 days of receipt for damaged or defective products only

• Services (like workshops) are refundable up to 72 hours before the event

• All refund requests must be sent in writing to info@rustyspoonart.co.za

• Return shipping (if required) is at the customer’s expense unless agreed otherwise

All content, designs, artwork, images, and branding on this site are the property of Rusty Spoon Art and may not be copied or reproduced without prior written consent.

We are not liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential damages

• Losses resulting from the use of our services or products

• Website downtime or technical issues

We make no warranties other than those required by South African Consumer Protection laws.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be handled by South African courts.
