As per Dala:
Dala Transfer Glaze is a decoupage medium that transforms inflexible, paper images to a flexible, plastic surface.
 
Notes:
Apply a coat of Transfer Glaze to the printed surface and allow it to dry thoroughly.
Apply a second coat at a right angle to the first coat.
In a tray or plate, soak the image in water for 20 minutes.
Place the wet print glaze side down on a smooth surface.
Gently rub the paper away using your fingers, an eraser or a sponge leaving the image print behind on the layer of Transfer Glaze.
