As per Dala:
Dala Picture Perfect is a decoupage medium that allows for the transfer of images. Great for canvases, tote bags, t-shirts and more.
 
Notes:
Print or cut out your desired image.
Apply a generous layer of Dala 'Picture Perfect' to the image, face up.
Place image face down onto canvas, tote bag, t-shirt or other and smooth over any creases using a roller.
Allow to dry for a minimum of 6 hours.
Iron on reverse side and allow to cool.
Wet the reverse side of the image using a paper or fabric towel and allow to soak for 10 minutes.
Gently remove the paper with your fingers, an eraser or a sponge, leaving the image behind.
Seal using another layer of Picture Perfect or any of the Dala varnish products.
